Who we are
This site is run by Ariana Digital LLC ("we"). We decide how the information described here is used. Questions or requests: privacy@ariana.digital.
What stays on your device
Your case-file answers, scores, role-play answers, the name you type for your badge and, if you unlock Season 1, an unlock token are saved in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off. They are not sent to us unless you take one of the actions below. Clearing your browser's site data removes them. The site sets no cookies.
What you can choose to send us
- Book code. When you unlock Season 1, the code is checked and not stored with any information about you.
- Badge. When you claim a badge, your name and your answers are sent so we can check the scores and issue it. The badge itself (your name, scores, date and badge ID) is carried in your verification link; we don't keep a copy on our servers. Anyone you share the link with can see what is on the badge.
- Email. If you add your email, we use it to send your badge link and, only if you tick the box, a confirmation email for next season's patch notes and webinar invite. You are added to the list only after you click the confirmation link. Every list email lets you unsubscribe. We don't sell or share the list.
- Live role-play. When live role-play is on, each answer you type is sent to Anthropic, which generates the persona's reply and score. We don't store your answers on our servers. Don't include personal or confidential information in them.
Analytics and logs
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and events without cookies. The events we record (for example "decision made" or "badge claimed") contain no personal information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability, and we briefly use IP addresses in memory to limit abuse.

How long we keep it
The patch-notes list keeps your email, and the name you gave, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unconfirmed sign-ups are never added; confirmation links expire after 7 days. Provider logs are kept for the providers' standard periods.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at the address above. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
